IN ALL SEASONS

Take an ice-cold shower and crown your bathing experience in our 4-season 4-person Finnish and infrared sauna. Refresh your blood circulation and heal in the largest salt room in the area.
Detoxify and activate your immune system.

The combined use of a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, salt room and medicinal water represents the pinnacle of wellness and holistic health preservation . This combination allows for deep detoxification of the body, cleansing of the respiratory tract, improvement of circulation and regeneration of joints in a single complex treatment.

The combined beneficial effects of the four elements:

1. The Working Principle of the Combination: "From Dry to Wet"
For maximum effect, it is recommended to start the process with the drier and more intense heat, and then end with the moist, relaxing medicinal water:

  • Infrared Sauna (Preparation & Deep Detoxification): At lower temperatures (40-60°C), infrared rays directly heat the body, thus initiating detoxification from the deeper layers of the skin, 3-4 cm deep.

  • Finnish Sauna (Intensive Heat Therapy & Immune Boosting): At high temperatures (70-100°C), it increases the heart rate, improves blood circulation, and cleanses pores through increased sweating.

  • Salt room/Salt chamber (Respiratory tract regeneration): After the saunas, the antibacterial, dry salty air of the salt room cleanses the bronchi, reduces respiratory inflammation and calms the nervous system.

  • Medicinal Water (Rehabilitation & Joints): At the end of the process, the mineral content of the warm medicinal water is absorbed, relaxes the muscles, and helps relieve musculoskeletal complaints.

2. Joint Beneficial Effects

  • Complex Detoxification: Saunas induce intense sweating, while the salt room helps clear the airways.

  • Reducing Joint and Muscle Pain: The deep heat of infrared and the minerals of the medicinal water are together effective in treating rheumatic pain.

  • Strengthening the Immune System: The combination of heat therapy (saunas) and salt therapy increases the body's resistance to viruses and bacteria.

  • Skin renewal: The mild peeling effect of salt crystals and the skin cleansing effect of saunas together result in firmer, healthier skin.

  • Stress Relief and Sleep Improvement: By the end of the process, the body relaxes and endorphin levels increase, which helps with deeper sleep.
