Be moderate in the duration of your bath, and follow the recommendations of your specialist or family doctor.
Medical therapeutic massage
Medical therapeutic massage stimulates circulation and metabolic processes in tissues, maintains tissue flexibility. It stimulates blood circulation, stimulates nerve endings in and under the skin, as well as the body's own nerve endings in muscles, tendons and joints. Massage can improve muscle function, contractility and flexibility, and help release joints, thus restoring normal mobility.
The treatment duration is 15 minutes.
Underwater water jet massage
The treatment is particularly recommended for musculoskeletal diseases where the goal is to improve blood supply to the muscles and relax them. It is a very popular procedure among patients due to its conditioning and refreshing effect. The treatment takes place in a bathtub filled with water, in which the patient lies in a relaxed state. The device sucks water from the bathtub using its suction tube and then returns the water to the patient according to the prescribed pressure. The treatment lasts 15 minutes.
